In the panel discussion Nordic arts and cultural specialists and managers will discuss how directors can become change makers for inclusion and diversity.

The panel discussion is arranged by the Nordic Network for Norm Critical Leadership in cooperation with Culture for All Service and IMMART. The aim of the Nordic Network for Norm Critical Leadership is to generate new knowledge and new norm critical practices and governance for the cultural field.
