Julia Gagarina von Heiroth

I’m a visual artist living in Helsinki.
I work across multiple mediums including drawing and painting, illustrations and digital publications.
Drawing has always been my passion—people, all kinds of creatures, buildings, structures, and nature. I enjoy revealing characters and stories through the process of drawing.
One of my greatest sources of inspiration is people. I’m fascinated by observing and capturing human emotions and movement on paper. Nature is another compelling theme in my work, where I strive to reflect its power, beauty, and vulnerability.
I am currently a board member of the Helsinki International Artists Association.
