Ginko Hsu is a Helsinki-based visual artist. She holds an MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts, Uniarts Helsinki. Working across glass, ceramics, textiles, moving image, publication and installation, her practice explores memory, myth, displacement and histories that exist outside established archives. Her work has been exhibited in Finland and internationally, including Germany, France, China and Japan, and has been featured in the Finnish glass yearbook LASI25.

In 2026, Hsu was selected for the Hamuro mAiR Residency in Fukui, Japan, supported by the Finnish Institute in Japan. Her practice has been supported by the Kone Foundation, the Academy of Fine Arts Foundation and Greta och Alfred Runebergs stiftelse. She is currently developing the long-term project “Olla ei mistään kotoisin” (Of No Origin) and is co-founder and curator of Kuu-si, an artist-run exhibition space in Helsinki.
