Rosamaría Bolom
She is convinced that art is the best tool to positively influence our society. As a multidisciplinary artist she is working mostly with masks and sculptures made with a traditional technique known as Mexican cartonería, with which she explores the limits of the imaginary, the symbolic and the real. Her work reflects on the concept of human dignity in the context of globalization. Rosamaría is working with collectivity, otherness, symbolic language, poetry and pedagogical tools to create a bridge for understanding.
