Lisa Kalkowski is a producer, theatre teacher, and diversity agent. Her key interests are anti-racist practices, intersectional feminism, performative teaching, and art&culture production. Lisa's expertise includes performing arts, dance, performative teaching, club production, festival management, workshop facilitation, audience outreach, and networking. As a producer, Lisa strives to create spaces full of inspiration, growth, learning, and unique experiences- for the artists as well as the audiences. As a theatre teacher, her current interest and focus are strengthening the inclusion of anti-racist practices in education and practice in Finland.
