Mariko Yoshida

I am a workshop designer and researcher who is focusing on how art and the multisensorial element apply to corporate training programs. My interests are in the way how art and sensory can contribute to team building during remote working, especially in cross-cultural settings. I am originally from Japan and have a BA in international economics. I have professional experience in scent marketing and multisensorial research in Japan for 5 years. Currently, I am a student at Aalto University, master program in Nordic Visual Studies and Art Education (NoVA). In Finland, I have conducted several art and sensorial workshops with EMMA, Didrichsen Art Museum & Finnish Institute in Japan and CO-FOUNDERS. I would like to use my business and art educational mindset for bridging the gap between art and business and then enhancing the sense of togetherness via art and KANSEI(Japanese word similar meaning with multisensory).
